Commissioning Request Form

 *** Important Notice Regarding Commissioning***

STEP 1:  Please note that Vertiv require a minimum of 5 - 10 business days notice for all Commissioning bookings. Your order with us has a commissioning component so please complete the attached form and return to Vertiv Global Service as soon as possible with your preferred installation date for your system. 
 

STEP 2:  Once they have received the form they will proceed to contact you and schedule your preferred installation date (if available).  

STEP 3:  They will then send you a copy of the executed form.

STEP 4:  You will need to confirm that the site is ready for the Vertiv technician to complete commissioning.  Please check the executed form, confirm that the unit is ready for commissioning and return again to Vertiv Global Services 48 hours prior to your scheduled commissioning appointment.

NOTE: Please use the Power Commissioning form for UPS, ASCO Commissioning form for ASCO & the Air form for Air Unit Commissioning.  There is also a Smart Cabinet Commissioning form.

If the report is not completed and returned in time, and this results in a failed commissioning appointment, fees will be charged by Vertiv and will be on billed to you by Power Quality Group.

WARNING:  DO NOT energise the UPS - Set & Leave the Maintenance Bypass Switch to 'ISOLATE' before connecting power.
