UPS Systems do require regularly maintenance and health checks by qualified service technicians.  However, we would recommend that a regular visual inspection is also completed to record any alarms if present and ensure the environment is as expected.  The more critical the load and the larger the unit the more in-depth the checks need to be and therefore we would recommended a Preventative Maintenance Agreement with the manufacturer.
